In 2024, Katherine took the reins of What The Food from its founder, Jorja, blending her love of food with a personal mission to create inclusive treats. With more than a decade of experience as a Food Technologist, Katherine is passionate about crafting delicious, high quality options that everyone can enjoy. 

Year's in the making...

Katherine's personal journey into vegan sweet treats was inspired by her husband and son, who are both dairy free. She's spent years experimenting with recipes to ensure everyone can enjoy delectable treats without compromise. Growing up in the Waikato, Katherine is thrilled to bring What The Food to Te Awamutu and beyond.
